I was wondering if there are any people here that are interested in Cardio Hoop Dance? I’ve become certified to teach classes, and want to start teaching. I want to do privet classes. I do not have a studio just yet but I’m willing to go to your house, or anywhere really to do the fitness routine. It’s a great workout! If anyone is interested message me and we’ll set something up! Well it’s been awhile and a lot has happened. So I’m starting to get my life in order and work some stuff out….I’m trying to get a car, and get a loan to get that car. I’m dealing with work and all the fun that comes with that too.

In other news I’ve been dealing with some heart issues. Last week I was feeling very tired and funky heart beats…they were kinda feeling like a double beat…I was calling it flat tired syndrome lol. So we went and saw my doctor and he sent me to the ER. After many hours in the ER they then admitted me to the cardatric unit. I was put on a heart monitor and stuck there for what felt like forever! I’m no on high blood puresure meds for my high blood puresure. They still don’t why I have HBP or why I have the fun new beat, but they are going to be doing test for it. I go Wednesday and Thursday for stress tests. I don’t now what all the will in involve but I’m sure it’s not going to be all the fun for me. They said if I fail the test I will be readmitted and not let out until the know what’s wrong. So this time I will be bringing my laptop and books so won’t be dying of boredom if they do have to admit me.

So I now have to cut back on caffeine, sugar, I have had to quit smoking, and change other things in my life. I’m sure there is more I wanted to say but now I can’t remember so I’m going to end this here…..

So for anyone that still reads this, my 365 project didn't work out. It turned out to be kinda a pain in the ass. Seeing as it's winter and I was kinda limited to my house, I got stuck and couldn't think of more thing to take pic's of everyday. So I have decited to start over, and do a weekly photo. I think that should be easier to handle. I wil be starting this when I get back to Windsor I think. I've too lazy now to start it. And if anyone cares to know I think Sunday will be the day I post, Sunday seems like a good day.

so new years was intesting. I'm not sure what happened to me but I ended up very sick. I don't feel like a drank any more then usual and I don't think I left my drink but who knows. All I knwo is a was sick for 12 hours and and slepted all day yesterday, and I still feel like ass!

But in other news...I decided to start a photo project. I will be trying to take a photo a day for the next year. It shoud be fun!

Well things have been intresting in my life...and a little confusing. I can't go to far in to detail on everything 'cause I don't wanna kill my chickens before they hatch. lol
I'm trying to find a car, wich isn't going so well I can't seem to find one in my price range that I want. Maybe this weekend I'll find one. I hope so I realy need a car. I'm tired of having to rely on other pepole to get be around.
But in good news I'm realy getting in shape going to the gym...it seems to be working well for me

I have completed with success one Jim's halloween costume. We are going out at cave people I haven't finished mine yet I still have to cut out the patterson (well my mom is doing the cutting I don't wanna fuck it up) but I've done all the sewing. The fur I used for Jim's wasn't long fur so it was actually realy easy to work with. I'm going to be taking pictures for people to see I just haven't charged my camera yet. I hope the fur for my costome is easy to work with it's longer but it kool and stuff! and I'm going to make a bag too. I'm not sure how the zipper is going to work with all the long fur but I'm hoping it won't be to hard to sew together. I'm also going to attemp to make fuzzy leg warmers. They look easy to make and they would match my costume, I've never made anything that has an elastic with it so that may be a little hard but we'll see.

Well I gottta rince the dye out of my hair and head to bed. maybe I'll have more exciting things to say tomorrow.

Well so much for keeping up on this thing. I''ve been meaning to keep writing but I've had nothing to actualy say. My life has been less then yah the last couple of weeks and I didn't want to just keep writing about how crapy I was feeling. I don't know what has gotten into me, I just feel crappy all the time.... I feel like something is missing. I don't know what it is but something is missing.

Well in other news I'm reading again, I've been reading The twilight saga. It's writing for teens but ti's pretty good. I'm usualy pretty slow at ready books but I've read the first three books in just a few weeks. And this fall it's being made in to a movies that tha should be kinda kool.

well I'm off to keep reading and have a smoke.

Well this was a good weekend. Friday I went with Jim to his buddie's house for a gathering, ran into a guy I went to high school with....it was nice seeing him after all thouse years. Saturday I went to the Loop, my mom let me take the car so I got to drive. I was nice going out and not having to worrie about anyone else or when they wanted to leave, it was good times.....and Grayson was there, and he's grown up, things are out in the air with us and all is wellish...5 years flies by when you are holding a grudge lol. They sunday watched movies, and hung out with Jim's buddies, the hanging out with friends wasn't as much fun but that's what happens when you leave your house on a sundsay.

I got my licence!! I'm aloud to drive, now all i need is my own car. And the best part is since I'm 25 and I'm on as the 2nd driver on my mom's car I don''t pay anything...so the good news is a paid for drivers ed and learned to drive and go to use their car for the test band news is all drivers ed did was talke 500 away from me, I don't save any money since I'm 25 blah. it's a piss off but meh. Also my mom is looking to buy a new car and when she does I'll get the old one. It's a crap car but if it lasts longenough to save for the VW i want it's worth it.

Wel I gotta get to work.
